Returns and Refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS :

The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return any product without giving reasons, within 30 days. This term starts from the date on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

If the return is accepted, the customer must send the product intact and complete with all its original accessories. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, they will be checked and examined. The refund will be made within 14 days from the day in which Gecon is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, and will include the total value of the product and the cost of shipping for the return.

GUARANTEE OF OUR PRODUCTS :

Gecon decides to protect its customers to the maximum of its possibilities.

The product warranty lasts 2 years from the purchase of the goods. With regard to any damage or malfunction of the product itself, no assistance or repair is provided, but rather the complete replacement of the appliance.

The guarantee is not provided in the event of accidental damage to the product by the purchaser (e.g. breakage due to impact).
